Let's Talk Dosage

If you're new to hemp CBD, start small. This recipes calls for 3 - 4 droppers of 500mg hemp CBD and makes 4 servings. So you can assume each serving (2 bliss balls) is about 1 dropper. If that doesn't feel like enough, you can always try gradually increasing the amount of oil in the recipe. Here are a few other tips for getting started with hemp CBD.

Vegan CBD Recipe Strawberry Bliss Balls

Raw Strawberry Basil Bliss Balls

Makes 4 servings, 1 serving = 2 balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 8 soft medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4-1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries
  • 3-4 droppers Forest Remedies Mint CBD Oil 500mg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla pinch salt 
Directions: In a food processor, combine ingredients and process until a dough forms. Using a tablespoon measure, scoop dough and roll into balls. Store in either the refrigerator or freezer depending on preference. Lasts up to 5 days
