After putting it in a bowl, pat down your guacamole so that it has a flat surface. Coat with a thin layer of lemon or lime juice, cover with plastic wrap so there are no air pockets and refrigerate for up to two days.
Hemp Guacamole Recipe
- 3 avocados
- 1 tsp salt Juice from 1 lime
- 1 tsp hemp oil
- ½ cup diced onion
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 diced roma tomatoes
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mash the avocados. Add salt, lime juice and hemp oil.
- Stir in onion, cilantro, tomatoes and garlic. Add cayenne pepper and more salt to taste.
- Grab your favorite corn, cassava, cauliflower or other chips, and ENJOY!
